COVID-19 Update

To our customers,

We wanted to provide a quick update about the ways we are handling the current COVID-19 pandemic in order to keep everyone safe. As of now we will continue to serve your automotive needs to the best of our ability, implementing all government mandated regulations in addition to our own safety regulations as we navigate this uncertain time.

We are currently operating from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday, so there is no need to wait to schedule appointments simply give us a call at 719-743-2180 or use our website, parmersauto.com.

At this time we ask that customers refrain from entering the front office or shop area. We are happy to answer questions over the phone; if you need to speak with someone in person someone will be happy to step outside with you to answer those. We also ask you do not wait for repairs to be completed, in cases where other arrangements cannot be made you are welcome to wait outside the building, or inside your vehicle.

If you are dropping off a vehicle, keys may be left on the floorboard or they may be placed in the night drop. For our customers in town we are happy to pick up and deliver your vehicle, if you live outside of town we can make arrangement via phone for pick up and drop off if need be.

Our employees are working hard to keep all the facilities including offices, work spaces and the shop area clean and sterilized, gloves are being worn at all times, and procedures to sterilize keys and steering wheels for your safety and ours.
